Krista McDaniel

Krista McDaniel has served as the Deputy Director of My Sister’s Place since March 2026, after joining the organization in August 2023 as Senior Director of Programs. Since then, she has played an important leadership role in strengthening programs, shaping organizational strategy, and advancing services that empower survivors, expand access to housing and financial resources, and deepen MSP’s impact across the DC community.

Prior to MSP, Krista spent ten years as Executive Director of The University Club of Washington, DC’s 501(c)(3) charitable foundation, where she led charitable outreach efforts and built strong partnerships with local nonprofit organizations, including My Sister’s Place.

Krista holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University and is an active member of the John Carroll Society.
