For over four decades, we have been at the forefront of creating transformative change in the lives of those affected by domestic violence. As we continue to evolve and grow, we recognize that embracing diversity, promoting equity, and fostering inclusion are essential components of our commitment to building a supportive community.

Diversity:

At MSP, we celebrate and honor the rich tapestry of diversity that defines our community. We recognize that individuals and families come to us with unique backgrounds, experiences, and identities. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment that respects and values this diversity. We actively seek to amplify the voices of survivors from all walks of life, ensuring that our programs and services are tailored to meet the diverse needs of those we serve.

Equity:

MSP is dedicated to dismantling systemic barriers that perpetuate domestic violence and hinder the path to healing. We are steadfast in our commitment to providing equitable access to our continuum of care, from emergency shelter through transitional-to-permanent housing. Our goal is to ensure that every survivor, regardless of their background or circumstances, has an equal opportunity to recover and thrive. We strive for equity in our organizational practices, policies, and resource allocation to address the root causes of domestic violence and promote lasting change.

Inclusion:

Inclusion is the cornerstone of our work at MSP. We are intentional about fostering a culture where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued. Our experienced team of case managers and residential counselors are dedicated to providing culturally competent and trauma-informed care. We recognize that true empowerment comes from embracing the unique strengths and perspectives of each survivor. Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, we aim to create a society where everyone feels included, respected, and safe.
